At Majan we believe that leadership is a choice not a position. This choice is available to everyone. It is important to discover leadership early in life and inculcate leadership skills so that the youth of today can become leaders of tomorrow. As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Majan University College had initiated the Majan Youth Development Programme on 15th May, 2018 in association with the Indian Schools Oman with the following objectives:

• Enable the youth to identify and discover their true potential.
• Develop leadership skills, primarily problem solving, team building, and communication.
