On Monday 20th January 2020, the College welcomed representatives from Ejaad, a collaborative platform in Oman that brings together industry, academia and government in order to set up projects of benefit to the national economy and society. On behalf of the College, the Dean, Dr Maha Kobeil, and on behalf of Ejaad, Dr Sausan Al Riyami, signed the Ejaad Research and Development Protocol. With the signing of this agreement, it is expected that in future the College will be able to play its part in the success of the Ejaad initiative, which aims to promote fruitful industry-academia and academia-academia partnerships to drive innovation, bring about practically-oriented research projects and boost the Sultanate's quality of life and economic prosperity.
