Prof. Vijay graduated in Computer Science from North Maharashtra University and was a gold medalist for his Masters in Computer Science e Engineering from University of Maratwada, Pune followed by Ph.D in Management in Information Technology from Trinity College, Dublin. He holds a Fellow of the IACS and Senior member of IEEE, IMCT . He has guided more than 35 undergraduate and postgraduate research based project, published/presented:13 papers at national/international conferences / journals. He is also a life time member of CSI, ISTE, IEEE. Professor Nair is in the editorial board of two International Journals (DRJ,IMJR). His area of interest in Vertical Management information systems standards and Nomadic Computing service Innovation.
Mohammed Siddique

Mohammed Siddique joined Majan College as a Lecturer in the Faculty of IT in 2011. He has 10+ years of academic and industrial experience in India, South Korea and Oman with 6+ years in teaching different IT subjects in reputed colleges to Diploma and Undergraduate students from various universities. He has coordinated and developed many real-time large scale applications in IT companies using both Microsoft and Java platforms with latest technologies on several domains. He has Masters in Computer Applications and BSc in Computer Science from India. He has Post graduate diploma certifications in visual basic with oracle and Web Application development to his credit.

D. Ramalingam joined the IT Faculty of Majan College in 2010 after nearly 15 years of service in various countries including India, Malaysia, Thailand, and Oman. In addition to being a lecturer, he administers the CISCO Network Academy in the College. He currently teaches modules such a Operating System, Network Security and CISCO CCNA modules. His primary research interest is in networks. As a research aspirant, he has presented several articles in various reputed international conferences. Throughout his career, he has achieved Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), COMPTIA A+, COMPTIA Network+ and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications to be at par with technological development.
Salini Sudesh

Salini teaches Database Management systems and Computer Systems and Applications to students of IT as well as Business Administration. She joined Majan College in 2007. She holds a Masters in Computer Applications and a BSc in Chemistry from India. Her areas of interest include Data Mining and Object- Oriented Databases.What she enjoys most about her work in Majan is the opportunity to share ideas and experiences with students of mixed cultures. As a supportive teacher, she tries to bring forward talents in her students. She believes that "the tough problem is not in identifying winners; it is in making winners out of ordinary people".

Sowmya has a great passion for programming and she teaches programming , human computer interaction, algorithms and mathematics at Majan (University) College. Her teaching experience spans over 10 years. Her academic qualifications include the Bachelor of Engineering, Masters in Information Technology and MPhil in Computer Science. Her primary research interest is in Forensics in Computer Science (Network Forensics & Database Forensics) and Multimedia. She is an Associate Member of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication and a Member of Junior Chamber International (a worldwide federation of young leaders).
Ijaz Ahmad

Mr. Ijaz Ahmad has done his Graduation with a gold medal in Computer Science from University of Peshawar, Pakistan. He completed his M.Sc. in Information Security from NUST (Islamabad, Pakistan) and awarded President's Gold Medal for his outstanding grade score of 4.0/4.0. Before joining Majan College he has served as Lecturer in various renowned universities of Pakistan including NUST and FAST-NUCES. He is also a Certified Ethical Hacker after successfully passing EC-Council's CEH v7 exam with distinction. He joined Majan College in Sep 2013 with an experience of 4 years of teaching at university level. His areas of interest include but are not limited to Network Security, Digital Forensics, Cryptography, Computer Security, Incident Handling and Computer Networks.
Jacintha Menezes

Jacintha Menezes is a Senior Lecturer at Majan. She teaches essentially programming and database modules including Object Oriented Programming, Database Administration and Database Management System. She completed her MSc in Computer Software with Distinction from Mangalore University, India. Her primary research interest is centred around Object Oriented Programming and Databases in particular, Authentication and Authorization, Query Optimization and Object Relational Databases. She has also successfully completed the Sun Certified Web Component Developer for the Java 2 platform, Enterprise (2007), Sun Microsystems Inc, USA and Introduction to Oracle 9i: SQL (2006), Oracle Corporation, USA.

After her post graduation, she joined as a Lecturer in Mahatma Gandhi University, India. Before joining Majan college, she worked as a Technical Support Egineer in HP, Bangalore, India.She has a total experience of 7 years in both academic and industry.She is teaching Mathematics and Programming language. She considers teaching as one of the most personally rewarding professions and you need to strive to be a life-long learner to maintain the passion for teaching. Mr. Albert Alipan Tayong, LMT, joined as a Lecturer for Mathematical and Statistical Skills (MSS) in the Faculty of Information Technology and Basic Mathematics and Mathematics 2 (Applied Mathematics) in the Faculty of English Language Studies in Majan College in September 2012. He finished his Masters in Mathematics in De La Salle University after his Bachelors in Mathematics, where he graduated as Magna Cum Laude. He worked as Mathematics Lecturer for more than 5 years in both countries, Oman and Philippines. Also, he worked as a Human Resource Officer for almost 4 years in Dubai, UAE, Sultanate of Oman, and Philippines. His area of interests includes application of Mathematics in Decision Theory, Engineering, and in Business fields.

Mohammed Waleed Ashour has joined Majan College as an Information Technology lecturer in December 2014. His academic experience was gained through working in different multicultural environments, at UAE, Malaysia, and Palestine, which inspired him to foster his creativity and to contribute his knowledge and skills positively to the development of higher education. Mr. Ashour received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees majoring in Computer Engineering from Near East University – Cyprus (2003), and Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transports – Egypt (2007), respectively. Moreover, he is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology – University Putra Malaysia.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Computers and Systems Management. She holds a D32, D33 Assessor Award from The Institute of Motor Industry, U.K. She has to her credit 20 years of teaching experience in Oman and India. Zainab Mohamed Al Lawati
