Majan University College adopts a Document Management System

In a step that reflects Majan University College’s leadership in advancing institutional governance practices, the College has adopted an integrated Document Management System, including retention schedules, to enhance the organisation of institutional records and improve administrative efficiency.

This milestone comes in collaboration with the National Records and Archives Authority (NRAA), and in the presence of H.E. Dr Hamad bin Mohammed Al Dhuhayani, Chairman of the National Records and Archives Authority, reaffirming the College’s commitment to national standards and best practices in records and archives management.

This achievement marks a strategic move towards building a more efficient, structured, and sustainable institutional environment.
