To claim your CIM exemptions and complete your qualification, the following conditions apply.
- Achieve a 2:2 classification or higher on your undergraduate degree
- Submit evidence of graduation to the CIM Qualifications Team
- Register with CIM to study within five years of graduating
- Pass all remaining CIM modules within the five-year window

He holds an MBA from Saint Louis University, graduating with distinction, cum laude. With 19 years of combined experience across industry and academia, he has held appointments with Fortune 500 organizations and has taught in the Philippines, Ethiopia, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. Ricardo serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Consumer Behaviour and the International Journal of Tourism Research. He has founded and managed several successful startups and business ventures, effectively bridging marketing theory and professional practice. His research interests include consumer behavior, digital marketing, influencer marketing, marketing analytics, social media marketing, and sentiment analysis.
