Candidates must have:

• A PhD in Business, Management, or a related discipline from a recognised university (mandatory)
• Proven academic leadership and administrative experience in higher education
• Strong research and publication record in reputable journals
• Demonstrated success in programme development, accreditation, and quality assurance
• Active engagement with industry partnerships, entrepreneurship, and innovation
• Excellent strategic planning, staff mentoring, and decision-making skills
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• IELTS 7.0 or equivalent

Candidates must have

• Masters degree (PhD preferred) in the relevant discipline from a recognised university
• At least 3 years’ experience in a reputed Higher Education Institution
• Excellent IT skills and familiarity with recent developments in educational technology
• Excellent classroom interaction skills and interest in innovative pedagogy
• Internationally intelligible pronunciation
• Excellent research publications record
• IELTS 7.0 or equivalent
