Victory for Majan's Football Team

Congratulations to Majan's football team for winning the football final against Gulf College in the competition organised by Oman Universities and Colleges Sports Committee.

A New Look for Majan's Library
Majan's library has a new look! It enables students to find the appropriate library section quicker and easier, as well as giving a fresh look and feel to the library.

Dr Veena, a lecturer in the Faculty of Business Management, spoke at an International conference titled 'Research / Teaching Excellence in Business and Economics” in Washington DC, US. The paper was titled 'IT evolution and service dominant logic: reengineering service ecosystems'.
Fee Collecting Machines
Majan recently launched fee collection devices in cooperation with the Kuwaiti company VERTECH and INFOWAY Oman. They allow you to pay with different types of bank cards, up to 30 banknotes of different denominations at a time and post dated cheques. 
Certified Entrepreneurship Educator Programme
Mr. Tanveer (English Lecturer) and Mr. Tahseen (Business Lecturer) attended the second module of "Certified Entrepreneurship Educator Programme" funded by SME Development Fund in Ministry of Higher Education, Oman from 18th-20th April, 2016.
The sessions were conducted by Prof. (Dr.) Jeff Skinner from London Business School, UK. The programme was highly useful as it equipped the educators with skills to encourage as well as to facilitate young entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurial ventures.
Campus Clean Up Drive
Staff and students came together for a 'Campus Clean Up Drive'. This was organised by 'Majan Friends of the Environment'.
