Majan released ‘MyMajan’, a smartphone app for Majan students. This app gives students instant access to their class and exam timetables, as well as learning resources, library loans, grades and attendance. One particularly useful feature is ‘PC availability’ which shows students which labs are free and how many computers are available, meaning students can always find a computer to work at. Majan students can download the app from the iPhone and Android appstores by searching for ‘MyMajan’.
The College was pleased to welcome Omani technology entrepreneur and Knowledge Oman Founder Tariq Al Barwani to give a short and inspiring speech about his work, before formally launching the app.
