The Department's role is to increase awareness and understanding of the College's activities as well as conveying an excellent image at both a local and regional level. It supports the College's internal and external communication services and contributes to the fulfillment of the college's mission statement.
Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing marketing plans & strategies,
• Managing Media and public relations,
• Raising public awareness (internal& external) about the College,
• Managing educational fairs and exhibitions,
• Co-ordination of major college events,
• Photo production for documentation purposes,
• Market research,
• Coordinate community engagement activities,
• Enhance links with the industry.
